Work with a crew that takes the trees seriously

RedGator started with one guy dragging brush for his brother-in-law’s tree service. Today we’re a licensed, insured, arborist-led crew, and we still care more about doing the job right than doing it fast.

How we work

Here’s what the crew cares about, in the order it tends to come up on a job.

Safety isn't optional

Tree work is dangerous, and we treat it that way. As Ezra puts it, “If you're not a little bit scared, you're not being careful enough.” Before anyone climbs, we look for hazards you can't see, inside the trunk or under the ground.

Every cut has a purpose

Our tree work is led by an ISA Certified Arborist, and we prune with a plan instead of cutting as much as we can. Each tree is its own judgment call, and we only take what it needs.

Straight talk with customers

We'd rather tell a homeowner a tree can be saved, or that it can't, than sell them something they don't need. If the crew finds a problem mid-job, we stop and call the homeowner right away with a recommendation.

Learn the craft

Ezra started at about 14, dragging brush. He worked up to climbing, and in 2020 he earned his ISA Certified Arborist credential. We like people who want to learn the trade the right way.

Local, and crew first

We're locally owned and have served Henderson and the greater Las Vegas valley since 2018. Ground crew and climbers work as one team on every job, and it only goes well when everybody's watching out for everybody.

What the work looks like

Tree trimming and removal, palm work, stump grinding, and landscape installation across the valley. It’s physical, outdoor work, often in Las Vegas heat, with real equipment: bucket trucks, rigging, and chippers. No two jobs are the same, from a backyard palm to a storm call.
